Growth Score is a single 0–100 metric from ReputationSystems that measures your overall online reputation health. It combines your average rating across platforms (30%), response rate (25%), sentiment health (25%), and 90-day rating trend (20%) into one number — so you know instantly whether your reputation is improving or declining.

The Short Answer

Growth Score is ReputationSystems' reputation health metric: a single score from 0 to 100 that summarizes how a business's online reputation is performing across every connected review platform. The score weights four factors — average rating (30%), response rate (25%), sentiment health from AI analysis of review text (25%), and the 90-day rating trend (20%). Scores of 80–100 mean reputation is a competitive advantage; 60–79 is a solid foundation with room to improve; 40–59 needs attention; and 0–39 signals that reputation is actively hurting the business. Businesses use Growth Score to track reputation over time, compare locations, set goals with alerts, and identify which factor is dragging the score down. Growth Score is available to all ReputationSystems users, including the free plan, and early access users improved their score by an average of 18 points within 60 days.
