Respond to Expedia Partner Central reviews with AI
Review Reply adds an RR button beside the native Respond action in Expedia Partner Central. It drafts a reply for the guest review you select, you edit it and run Truth Check, then you post through Partner Central’s own response form with your own final click.
Guest review
Great location and a comfortable room. Check-in was quick, though the hallway was noisy at night.
RR sits beside the platform’s own Reply button.
RR draft
How Review Reply works on Expedia Partner Central
The extension reads only the review you select, drafts a reply you can edit, and never posts without your final click.
Review Reply drafts an editable management response to the Expedia guest review you select in Expedia Partner Central. It adds a circular RR button beside the native Respond action, reads the review you chose, and returns a context-aware draft in your chosen tone and language. You edit the draft, run Truth Check, and make the final click to post it through Partner Central’s own response form.
Open the guest review
Open the guest review you want to answer in Expedia Partner Central.
Click the RR button
Click the circular RR icon beside the native Respond action to draft a reply for that review. The extension reads its reviewer name, rating and review text.
Edit and run Truth Check
Edit the draft in your workspace, switch tone or language, and run Truth Check on the wording.
Post reply
Your click submits the response through Partner Central’s own response form.
What Review Reply reads on Expedia
The extension reads only the review you select.
- Reviewer name
- The displayed name on the guest review you chose.
- Rating
- The star rating shown with that review.
- Review text
- The body of the review you selected.
- Rating-only reviews
- A review with a rating and no text still drafts. The extension sends the fixed label "Rating-only review" with the rating and reviewer name instead of inventing guest text. A card with neither a rating nor a reviewer name fails closed.
How posting works on Expedia
Nothing is published without your explicit final action.
Click Post reply and that final click fills Partner Central’s own response field and submits its native form. Before you publish, Truth Check reviews the draft for unsupported concrete details, unverified promises, missed clear complaints and confident language mismatches. If findings remain, posting needs a second Post anyway click. Nothing is posted without your explicit final action.
Review Reply on other platforms
The same RR button, draft, Truth Check and final click work on the other supported platforms.
Two sites, one product
The extension and the platform link to each other, so whichever one you land on you can find the other.
Expedia Partner Central review reply questions
No. It never posts on its own. Every path ends with your own final click on Partner Central’s native Respond button, which fills and submits Expedia’s own response form. If Truth Check still finds unsupported claims, posting needs a second Post anyway click, so a reply is never published without you.
