Reply to Booking.com guest reviews with AI

Marta K.★★★★☆

Great location near the old town and very friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet, though breakfast got busy after 9am.

Thank you, Marta — it is great to hear the location and our team made a good impression. We appreciate the note about breakfast timing and will share it with the team. We hope to welcome you back soon.

How Review Reply works on Booking.com Extranet

The extension reads only the review you select, drafts a reply you can edit, and never posts without your final click.

Review Reply drafts an editable management response to the Booking.com guest review you select in the Extranet. On the guest review you open, it reads the reviewer name, rating and review text, then works beside that review’s native Reply action. Because Booking.com rejects some characters, the extension requests no emoji and cleans the displayed draft and the final response of apostrophes, ampersands and common unsupported symbols. It expands common English contractions and replaces ampersands with a word appropriate to the selected language when known, so the text is ready for the Extranet.

1

Open the guest review

Open the guest review you want to answer inside the Booking.com Extranet.

2

Click the RR button

Click the circular RR icon beside the native Reply action. The extension reads that review’s reviewer name, rating and review text and drafts a response.

3

Edit and run Truth Check

Review and edit the draft in your workspace, switch tone or language, and run Truth Check on the wording.

4

Post reply

Your click submits the reply through the Extranet’s own reply form.

Note: Booking.com specifics: the extension requests no emoji and cleans the displayed draft and final response of apostrophes, ampersands and common unsupported symbols. It expands common English contractions and replaces ampersands with a word appropriate to the selected language when known, so the reply is ready for the Extranet’s own form.

What Review Reply reads on Booking.com

The extension reads only the review you select.

Reviewer name
The displayed name on the guest review you chose.
Rating
The star rating shown with that review.
Review text
The body of the review you selected.
Rating-only reviews
A review with a rating and no text still drafts. The extension sends the fixed label "Rating-only review" with the rating and reviewer name instead of inventing guest text. A card with neither a rating nor a reviewer name fails closed.

How posting works on Booking.com

Nothing is published without your explicit final action.

Click Post reply and that final click fills the Extranet’s own response field and submits its native form. Before you publish, Truth Check reviews the draft for unsupported concrete details, unverified promises, missed clear complaints and confident language mismatches. If findings remain, posting needs a second Post anyway click. Nothing is posted without your explicit final action.

Booking.com Extranet review reply questions

No. It never posts on its own. Every path ends with your own final click on the Extranet’s native Reply action, which fills and submits Booking.com’s own reply form. If Truth Check still finds unsupported claims, posting needs a second Post anyway click, so a reply is never published without you.
