Reply to Google Business Profile reviews with AI
Review Reply adds an RR button beside the native Reply action on Google Business Profile reviews. It drafts a context-aware reply, you edit it and run Truth Check, then you make the final click to post through Google’s own reply editor.
Guest review
Front desk was friendly and the room was spotless. Would stay again.
RR sits beside the platform’s own Reply button.
RR draft
How Review Reply works on Google Business Profile
The extension reads only the review you select, drafts a reply you can edit, and never posts without your final click.
Review Reply drafts an editable reply to the Google review you select. It works in the review list at business.google.com/reviews, where it reads each row’s reviewer name, rating and review text and posts through that row’s own Reply or Edit editor. It also works in the Search owner-review dialog when that dialog is visible with recognized review markup and response controls. The /search URL alone never enables the extension, and unfamiliar markup fails closed.
Open the review list
Go to business.google.com/reviews, or open the owner-review dialog from Google Search.
Click the RR button
Click the circular RR icon beside the review’s native Reply action. The extension reads that row’s reviewer name, rating and review text.
Edit and run Truth Check
Edit the draft in your workspace, switch tone or language, and run Truth Check on the wording.
Post reply
Your click submits the reply through that row’s own Reply or Edit editor.
What Review Reply reads on Google
The extension reads only the review you select.
- Reviewer name
- The displayed name on the review row you chose.
- Rating
- The star rating shown with that review.
- Review text
- The body of the review you selected.
- Rating-only reviews
- A review with a rating and no text still drafts. The extension sends the fixed label "Rating-only review" with the rating and reviewer name instead of inventing guest text. A card with neither a rating nor a reviewer name fails closed.
How posting works on Google
Nothing is published without your explicit final action.
Click Post reply and that final click fills the row’s own Reply or Edit editor and submits Google’s native form. Before you publish, Truth Check reviews the draft for unsupported concrete details, unverified promises, missed clear complaints and confident language mismatches. If findings remain, posting needs a second Post anyway click. Nothing is posted without your explicit final action.
Review Reply on other platforms
The same RR button, draft, Truth Check and final click work on the other supported platforms.
Two sites, one product
The extension and the platform link to each other, so whichever one you land on you can find the other.
Google Business Profile review reply questions
No. It never posts on its own. Every path ends with your own final click on Google’s native Reply action, which fills and submits the platform’s own editor. If Truth Check still finds unsupported claims, posting needs a second Post anyway click, so a reply is never published without you.
