Reply to reviews without leaving the page
Review Reply is the free Chrome extension from Reputation Systems. It adds an RR button beside the platform’s own reply action, drafts an editable response to the review you select, and waits for your final click before anything posts.
An RR account is required · Connection lasts 30 days · Nothing posts without your click

Lovely check-in and the breakfast was great. The room felt a little damp and the Wi-Fi dropped on the second night.
RR sits beside the platform’s own Reply button.
RR draft
Five platforms, one review workflow
Four native platforms get an RR button beside their own reply action. Yelp and other sites use the paste-a-review path.
Google Business Profile
Draft from the review list, or from a visible Search owner dialog.
Steps for this platformBooking.com Extranet
Answer guest reviews inside the Extranet, with symbol cleanup applied.
Steps for this platformExpedia Partner Central
Draft beside Respond and post through Partner Central’s own form.
Steps for this platformTripadvisor for Business
Expand an unanswered review, then draft a management response.
Steps for this platformYelp
No in-page button. Paste the review, draft it, then copy the reply across.
Steps for this platformAny other review site
Paste the review into the panel, draft and edit it, then copy the reply into the site’s own reply box by hand.
Four steps to a posted reply
Draft, check, and post through the platform\u2019s own form \u2014 with a person making every final call.
01
Open the review
On a supported platform, a circular RR button appears beside the native Reply or Respond action. Click it and the extension reads the review you selected.
02
Edit the draft
The reply opens in a side panel, toolbar popup, or in-page card. Change the tone or language, edit any line, and run Truth Check on the wording.
03
Run Truth Check
Truth Check compares the draft against the review text and flags unsupported concrete claims, unverified promises, and confident language the review does not back.
04
Make the final click
Post reply fills the platform’s own response field and submits its native form. Nothing is posted without that explicit click from you.
Truth Check, then a human decision
A draft is a starting point, not a final answer.
Reviews can invite promises a hotel cannot keep. Truth Check reads the draft against the review text and flags unsupported concrete claims, unverified promises, and confident language the review does not back up. You decide the wording.
- It can suggest a safer acknowledgment, but it surfaces the problem for you to decide.
- If findings remain, posting needs a second Post anyway click.
- A pasted review is drafted, edited, and checked the same way; that path drafts only.
Human approval stays
The extension drafts and fills the platform’s form. Posting waits for your explicit final click, and the draft is always editable — on supported platforms and on the paste path alike.
Built for how you actually work
Set it up once, then draft in the place that fits your shift.
Three workspaces
Draft in a Chrome side panel, a compact toolbar popup, or an in-page card — your choice, saved once.
Tone and language
Pick a tone for each draft and reply in the guest’s language; the detected language is shown on every review.
Connected to your account
Sign in once from the extension to connect your RR account; the connection lasts 30 days and can be renewed or revoked.
Editable by design
Every draft is editable and can be regenerated or copied. The extension never publishes a reply on its own.
How the extension handles your data
A short summary. The binding policy is the published Review Reply privacy policy.
- It sends only what you deliberately select or paste — the review text, the displayed or typed reviewer name and rating, your reply settings, and a platform label — and only after you invoke a reply action.
- That data goes over HTTPS to the Reputation Systems API at rr-api.reputationsystems.ai to generate the reply you asked for.
- Review data is not sold, not used for personalized advertising, and not used for creditworthiness or lending. Processing follows the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements.
- Supported native posting workflows require an explicit final user action before a reply is submitted.
Two sites, one product
The extension and the platform link to each other, so whichever one you land on you can find the other.
Inside ReputationSystems
One review at a time, or every review at once
The extension is the free, in-page path for a single review. The product drafts a reply on every review in your inbox as it arrives, using your saved reply style and signature, and keeps a history of every draft. A person still approves each reply before it posts.
